This information is not intended to replace the legal plan documents, group policies or certificates of coverage that describe specific benefits, limitations or exclusions. Hall County reserves the right to amend or terminate any of these programs or to require or increase employee premium contributions toward any benefit at its discretion.

Employee Assistance
Through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Hall County provides confidential access to professional counseling services for help in confronting such personal problems as alcohol and other substance abuse, marital and family difficulties, financial or legal troubles, and emotional distress. The EAP is available to all employees and their immediate family members offering problem assessment, short-term counseling, and referral to appropriate community and private services. There is no cost for employees to consult with an EAP counselor. Call the Employee Assistance Program at 770-219-3161.
