Jazzercise Discount for Hall County Employees

Jazzercise is a program for all ages and fitness levels that combines elements of jazz dance, kickboxing, resistance training (weights, tubes, balls), Pilates, yoga, hip-hop, salsa, step, and more for a FUN, safe and effective workout.

As of July 1, 2005, the Georgia Smokefree Air Act officially becomes law.

The act prohibits smoking in most public places.

In accordance with the law, Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas within places of employment including: common work areas, conference and meeting rooms, private offices, hallways, cafeterias, employee lounges, stairs, restrooms and all other enclosed facilities.

Effective November 1, 2006, Hall County's employees and families went under a new health insurance plan with United Healthcare.

Access United Healthcare's "MyUHC.com" website for plan details and health information. If you have any questions, please contact Human Resources at 770-531-6712.

Medical Authorization for Treatment Form (PDF)

All department heads and supervisors must use this form when injured employees seek medical attention for work related injuries. Questions regarding use of this form should be directed to Joni Holloway at ext. 6719.

New Drug Formulary

The prescription drug formulary of your new health insurance plan became effective February 1, 2007. A new formulary is posted below and a hard copy can be mailed to you by calling 6712.
