As of July 1, 2005, the Georgia Smokefree Air Act officially becomes law.

The act prohibits smoking in most public places.

In accordance with the law, Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas within places of employment including: common work areas, conference and meeting rooms, private offices, hallways, cafeterias, employee lounges, stairs, restrooms and all other enclosed facilities.

 Medical Authorization for Treatment Form (PDF)
All department heads and supervisors must use this form when injured employees seek medical attention for work related injuries. Questions regarding use of this form should be directed to Joni Holloway at ext. 6716.

The prescription drug formulary of your new health insurance plan became effective February 1, 2007. A new formulary is posted below and a hard copy can be mailed to you by calling 6712.
