On April 27, 2011, Agents from the Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad (MANS) and the Hall County Gang Task Force (GTF), assisted by Hall County Sheriff’s Office Uniformed Patrol Division, arrested two individuals during the course of a drug investigation.
21 year-old Kasey Logan Smith, of Conyers, and 46 year-old Mark Joseph Carter, of Lithonia, were arrested without incident after they delivered approximately four ounces of crystal methamphetamine to a predetermined location in Hall County.
The methamphetamine held an estimated street value of approximately $11,200.
Both men were booked in at the Hall County Jail, charged as follows:

Charges:
Trafficking Methamphetamine
Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute
Use of a Communications Device to Facilitate a Drug Transaction
Arrestee #2: Mark Joseph Carter, 46, Lithonia, GA
Charges:
Trafficking Methamphetamine
Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute
Use of a Communications Device to Facilitate a Drug Transaction
