On September 08, 2011, Agents with the Gainesville-Hall County Multi Agency Narcotics Squad (MANS) arrested 71 year-old Reginald Ross Miles during the course of an undercover investigation at Lula Park.
Mr. Miles was arrested without incident after he exposed himself to an undercover Agent while in a public place. Mr. Miles was booked in at the Hall County Jail, charged with public indecency.
