Road Closings & Construction  As our county's population grows we are diligently working to improve our road system. To make your travel more convenient in Hall County we have provided the following list of road closings and construction areas. ROAD RESTRICTED - Cove Creek ROAD RESTRICTED - Stephens Rd. ROAD CLOSURE - Ridgewood Avenue ROAD CLOSURE - Montrose Drive ROAD RESTRICTED - Cove Creek 5/21/2013 One lane open. Residents are allowed access to the neighborhood, but closed to thru traffic. Projected completion is Thursday evening, May 23, 2013.
